Recipe for Madrasi Beef Chilies
Ingredients
- Undercut ½ kg
- Green chilies 10
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Curry leaves few
- White cumin seeds ½ tbsp
- Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- Coconut milk 1 tin
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chilies 6
- Oil ½ cup
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
Take ½ cup oil in the pan and saute 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
Add in ½ kg undercut and cook it.
Also add in some salt and cook it till its water dries.
Add in 10 green chilies and 6 red chilies, few curry leaves, ½ tbsp white cumin seeds and 1 tbsp white sesame seeds and cook it for 5 minutes.
When the meat tenders and add in 1 tin coconut milk and serve hot.
