Recipe for Mutton Yakhni
Ingredients
- 250 gm Mutton
- 1 piece Ginger
- 1/2 kg Tomato
- 1 small Onion
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 6 glasses Water
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 bunch Coriander Leaves
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Cooking Directions
In a pan, put together 250 gm mutton, 6 glasses of water, 1 tomato, 1 small onion, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 piece of ginger, 4 cloves of garlic and 1/2 tsp salt.
Cook over low flame till 4 cups stock remains.
Turn the flame off, add 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and serve.
