Recipe for Pineapple Macaroni


  • 2 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Maida powder (All-purpose flour)
  • ½ packet Maggi Cheese Macaroni
  • 1 cup boiled Pineapple
  • Some pepper and salt
  • 2 Amul Cheese Cubes
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Butter/ Ghee (Butter preferable)
  • Tomato Ketchup if you like to eat with

Cooking Directions

Firstly take a half bowl of water and when the water boils add the Macaroni. Boil them till it gets its full shape.

Now take a another bowl add 2 cup milk, 4 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp Maida powder, salt according to taste and some black pepper. Stir them well so that the lumps aren’t formed.
Now add 3tbsp butter in pan and lit the stove.

As butter gets in liquid state add the mixture to it.
Stir constantly so that mixture doesn’t get stick to the bottom of pan.

Stir the mixture till it gets thicker. As soon as it gets thicker add crushed cheese in it.Stir for a while till the cheese gets dissolved.

Now add the macaroni and boiled pineapple to it.
Shut the stove and stir the mixture for a moment so that macaroni and the pineapple get mixed properly.

Now empty the mixture in a bowl and spread cheese on it and also add some black pepper. Bake it in oven for 5 mins at 150° Celsius.
