Recipe for White Sauce for Macaronis


  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Flour 4-6 tbsp
  • Water (for light paste) 4 cups
  • Cheese ( for creamy texture) as required
  • Mustard Powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Ajino Moto 1-2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

Heat oil in pan. Add flour in it and keep on battering it.

Put water as required and keep on beating to avoid precipitation. Add shredded cheese and allow it to melt.

Put Ajino moto, salt, mustard powder and finally sprinkle black pepper in it.

Add some boiled corns. The sauce is ready to be served with macaronis.
