Recipe for Pasta Marinara


  • Beef mince 250 gm
  • Ribbon macaroni 500 gm
  • Basil 1 tbsp
  • Thyme ½ tsp
  • Bay leaves 1 – 3
  • Onion 1 (chopped)
  • Tomato 1 tin
  • Garlic 4 – 5 cloves (chopped)
  • Olive oil 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese 100 gm
  • Red chili ½ tsp (crushed)
  • Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

Boil pasta with oil and cook it for 10 minutes and chill it.

Take oil in a pan and put onion, bay leaf, garlic and beef to fry.

Now add water so meat tender.

When water dries, add basil, thyme, black pepper, red chili, salt and tomato and cook it for 5 – 10 minutes.

Now add pasta and mix it well and dish it out and garnish it with mozzarella cheese.
