• 300 gm Boiled potatoes
• 200 gm Fish meat
• 1 Egg
• 1 cup Bread crumbs
• 2-3 Sliced green chillies
• 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
• 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
• 1/4 tsp Crushed cumin
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric
• 2 tbsp White flour
• 2 tbsp Oil
• 2 tbsp Garlic chives
• 2 tbsp Lemon juice
• Oil for frying

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Add 1/4 tsp crushed cumin, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds and fry till they begin to sizzle.

Add 200gm fish ,1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric and 2 tbsp lemon juice. Mix well.

Then add 300gm boiled potatoes, 2-3 sliced green chillies, 2 tbsp garlic chives and 1 tbsp coriander leaves.

Mix well and shape the mixture into medium sized patties.

Dust them with white flour and coat each one with bread crumbs.

Deep fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until they turn crisp and brown.
