Recipe for Fish Achari Tikka
Ingredients
- Fish cubes ½ kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Mustard powder 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Cumin powder 1tsp
- Fennel seeds (powderd) ½ tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Mustard seeds1 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Vinegar 4tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
Cooking Directions
In a bowl add the yogurt, mustard powder, salt, cumin powder, fennel powder, powdered red chilli, mustard seeds, turmeric, vinegar and ginger garlic paste.
Mix all the ingredients well and apply the mixture onto the fish.
Marinate for half an hour.
Take a skewer and thread on the fish cubes.
Now heat oil in a frying pan, place the skewers in the pan and fry the fish from all sides till golden.
