• 1kg Fish (medium size of fish suitable)
• Yogurt 1/2 cup
• Onion 1 cup chopped
• Ginger Paste 2 tsp.
• Garlic Paste 1 tsp.
• cilantro Minced fine 2 tbsp.
• cardamom 2 green
• cinnamon 1? piece,
• Salt as per taste
• cooking oil 3/4 cup
• chilli powder and 2 Green also
• Sugar 1 tbsp
• Lemon or lime juice to taste

Heat up Cooking and fry Onion till brown mix all other ingredients except sugar and lemon juice and heat through.

Keep together fish and heat covered in low heat. Turn over the fish once (be careful). When the water has almost dried up,

mix sugar and lime/lemon juice. when the Cooking Oil begins to float on top,
you are done.
