Recipe for Mutton White Karahi
Ingredients
- Mutton ½ kg
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Onion 1
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Ginger 1 (medium size piece)
- Fresh coriander leaves ½ bunch
- Green chillies 4
- Coriander 1 tbsp (crushed)
- Black pepper as required
- Salt to taste
- Oil ½ cup
Cooking Directions
Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste to it.
Add onion after cooking for 2 to 3 minutes then add mutton until water of mutton dries.
Add yogurt, and water in it.
Place the lid on the pan and cook on low flame until the oil separates from the gravy and meat tenderize.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves, green chillies and sliced ginger.
Tips: Use undercut mutton to prepare Mutton Karahi.
