Recipe for HYDERABADI QEEMA
Ingredients
- 1/2 kilo mince meat
- 1 cup onion (chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp ginger chopped
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsps oil
- 1 egg boiled
- 1/2 yogurt
- 2 tbsps coriander chopped
- 1 tbsp whole garam masala
- 2 green chillies chopped
Cooking Directions
Mix mince, yogurt, salt, turmeric and garlic, keep aside for an hour. Heat
oil, add garam masala and the onions.Cook till the onions turn to light golden in color.
Add chopped ginger, chopped green chilies, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cook for 3-4 min.
Add tomatoes cook for a while and as the oil starts leaving the curry, add the mince meat.
Cover and cook till done, garnish with egg and chopped fresh coriander leaves. Serve with hot naan or white rice.
