Recipe for Qeema Karahi
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp Garlic Chopped
- 1 tbsp Ginger Chopped
- 3 Green Chili Chopped
- 1 tsp Whole Cumin
- 600g Chicken Mince
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- As per taste Salt
- 1-1/2 tbsp Red Chili Crushed
- 1 tbsp Coriander Crushed
- 1 tbsp Cumin Crushed
- 1 tsp Dried Fenugreek
- 5g Green Coriander
- 6 Tomato (cube cutting)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Ginger
Cooking Directions
In a pan, add cooking oil, garlic, ginger, green chili, whole cumin, chicken mince and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Now, add tomato, yogurt, salt, red chili crushed, coriander crushed, cumin crushed, dried fenugreek and simmer for 5 minutes, then cook for 2 minutes.
Now, use green coriander, green chili, tomato, butter, ginger for garnishing.
Your tasty Qeema Karahi now ready to serve.
