Recipe for Maggi Pakora
Ingredients
- Maggi noodles masala packets 2
- Water 180ml
- Cabbage 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
- Green chili 2 (finely chopped)
- Bell pepper 1/3 cup (finely chopped)
- Onion 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
- Gram flour 1 cup
- Semolina 1/3 cup
- Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
- Fresh coriander 3 tbsp
- Water 1 to 2 tbsp
Cooking Directions
In a pan add the noodles and the spice packets (included in the Maggi pack), water 180ml, mix and cook till the noodles are soft and water dries on medium flame.
Once boiled keep aside to cool completely.
Now add all ingredients in the cooled Maggi mix well, add water and mix.
Heat oil.
Make small bite size pakode, fry till crisp on medium flame.
Serve hot with ketchup and enjoy :)
