Recipe for Kebab-e-Dil
Ingredients
- 1/2 kilo lamb mince
- 5 green chilies
- 1 cup spring onion
- 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tbsp ginger paste
- 1/2 tbsp coriander seeds
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tbsp red chili, crushed
- to taste salt
- 1/2 tbsp chaat masala
- 1 cup oil (for frying)
- 2 eggs
Cooking Directions
In a chopper add mince, spring onion, green chilies, coriander seeds, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds, chaat masala, red chili and salt.Chop until well combined.
Take it out in a bowl.
Make small kebabs with the mixture. Beat eggs.
Heat oil in a deep pan
Coat kebab with beaten egg.
Fry kebabs on low heat until golden in color.
Remove from the oil and drain on kitchen paper.
Serve with naan and raita
