Recipe for Chicken Cream Tikka
Ingredients
- Chicken breasts (cubed) 2
- Cashew nuts 8
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Fresh coriander (chopped) ¼ cup
- White pepper ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Coriander powder 1 pinch
- Cumin powder 1 pinch
- Green chillies 3
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Ginger/garlic paste ½ tsp
- Fresh coriander for garnishing
Cooking Directions
Mix chicken and all ingredients except oil and fresh coriander and set aside for 1 hour.
Skewer chicken pieces onto sticks. Do not skewer more than 4 pieces on each.
Heat oil in a gril pan. Place sticks on the pan and cook.
When the chicken pieces turn golden on both sides, remove from flame.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve
