Recipe for Chicken Cigars

Ingredients

  • Chicken 300 gm
  • Spring onion 1
  • Egg 1 (beaten)
  • Parsley ¼ bunch
  • Ginger paste 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Raisin 25 gm
  • Onion 1 (chopped)
  • Flour ½ tbsp
  • Manda strips ½ kg
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

In chopper put together chicken mince, spring onion, half beaten egg, parsley, ginger paste, cinnamon powder, salt, black pepper, raisin and onion.

Chopperize well and keep aside.

Beat together remaining half egg and flour.

Make in to paste and keep aside.

Now put a little chicken filling mixture on a rectangular manda strip.

Fold and make into Roll.

Seal with egg flour paste.

Now put chicken cigars in a greased oven proof dish, brush top with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven on 190 degrees for 12 – 15 minutes.

Serve with tomato ketchup or chili garlic sauce.
