Recipe for Nawabi Fish Botian
Ingredients
- 250 grams Boneless fish cubes
- 1 tsp Black cumin
- 1 tsp Hot spice powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 5 Green chillies
- 3 tsps Garlic and ginger paste
- 50 grams Yogurt
- 2 tsps Lemon juice
- 50 ml Cream
- 1 tsp Vinegar
Cooking Directions
Blend the green chillies and add vinegar to form a paste.
Apply salt, yogurt, lemon juice, cream, garlic and ginger paste, hot spice powder, black cumin powder, and the green chilli paste over the fish cubes evenly. Leave the fish with this paste on for 30 minutes.
Barbecue the fish cubes over charcoals.
