Recipe for Reshmi Kabab Chutney Roll
Ingredients
- Chicken Mince½ kg
- Bread slices 2
- Papaya paste1 tbsp
- Seekh kabab Masala2 tbsp
- Fresh cream1 packet
- Salt to taste
- Oil to taste
- Onion rings 2
- For chutney
- Red chilies 4
- Green chilies ½ bunch
- Salt to taste
- For parathas
- Flour 2 cups
- Salt to taste
- Waters required
Cooking Directions
Take 2 cups of flour and some sat. add some water and make a dough out of it.
Together chop ½ kg mince and 2 bread slices and 2 tbs seekh kabab masala in the chopper.
Then add in salt, 1 tbsp papaya paste and 1 packet fresh cream. Make kababs and shallow fry them.
To make chutney, take 4 whole red chilies, 4 green chilies, 4 garlic cloves, ½ bunch coriander and some salt.
Mix everything and fry it a little. Make balls out of the dough and make paratha out of it and cook it.
Use wooden spoon to cook paratha. Add kabab in the paratha, add some lemon juice, onion rings and serve rolls.
