• Chicken 1 kg
• Salt taste
• black pepper. taste
• soya sauce. 2 tsp
• vinegar. 2 tbsp
• chaat masala. 2 tbsp
• egg. 2(for frying)
• cornflour

wash the chicken. make small cuts on it. marinate it with all the spices and soya sauce and vinegar.

keep it for marination about 1 hour.

coat them into cornflour and then into egg and deep fry.
serve hot !!
