• Milk 1 liter
• Boiled rice 1 cup
• Khoya 1 cup
• Cream 1 packet
• Sugar 1 cup
• Almond chopped 100 gm
• Kewra 1 tsp
• Cardamom powder ½ tsp
• Sliver foil for garnish

Cook 1 liter milk in a pan till it comes to a boil, add 1 cup boiled rice and cook till thickens.

Now add 1 cup sugar and cook well.

Then add 1 cup khoya, 100 gm chopped almonds, 1 tsp kewra and ½ tsp cardamom powder. Mix well.

Lastly add 1 cup cream and dish it out. Garnish with silver foil and serve.
