Recipe for Sheer Khurma
Ingredients
- 1 liter Milk
- 25g Cashew
- 25g Raisin
- 25g Almond
- 25g Pistachio
- 25g Melon Seeds
- Half cup Desi Ghee
- 6 Cardamom
- 4 Clove
- 100g Sweet Makhana
- 50g Coconut
- 100g Phaniyan
- 100g Vermicelli
- 1 cup Sugar
- 25g Walnut
- 50g Khoya
- ½ tsp Kewra Water
- 150g Tutti Frutti
Cooking Directions
In a pan, add milk and bring it to boil.
In another pan, add desi ghee, cardamom, clove, maiwa, sweet makhana, coconut, chaar mughz, boiled milk, vermicelli, phaniyan, sugar and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Now, add khoya, tutti frutti and cook for a while.
Now, add kewra water.
Your delicious sheer khurma now ready to serve.
