Recipe for Bone Masala
Ingredients
- Beef ½ kg
- Yogurt 2 cup
- Onions 2
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Big cardamom 2-3
- Cinnamon 2-3 sticks
- Black peppercorn 1 tsp
- Cloves 3-4
- Whole red chilies 8-20
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
Cut ½ kg beef into pieces. Take 3-4 tbsp oil In the pan and saute 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste in it.
Add in beef and cook it.
When the meat tenders add in onions, 2-3 big cardamom, 2-3 cinnamon sticks, 1 tsp black peppercorn, 3-4 cloves, 8-10 whole red chilies and some salt.
Cook it till the oil starts separating. Dish it out and serve.
