Recipe for Mexican Shredded Beef
Ingredients
- Beef chunks 250 gm (boneless)
- Onion 1 medium (sliced)
- Beef broth 1 cup
- Taco seasoning mix 1 ¼ ounce
- Taco sauce 1 jar
- Green chilies 7 ounce (dried)
Cooking Directions
Mix beef broth and taco seasoning in a bowl.
Add beef and onion in a pan and pour seasoning mixture over meat.
Cover and cook on slow heat for 4-6 hours or until meat tender and soft.
Shred the beef using two forks.
Add beef in a bowl, stir in taco sauce and green chilies.
Now you can use it for stuffing burger and tacos etc.
