Recipe for Badami Seekh Kabab
Ingredients
- Beef Mince 400g
- Salt as per taste
- Red Chili (crushed) 1 ½ tbsp
- Ginger (chopped) 1 tbsp
- Green Chili 2 pieces
- Onion half
- Kidney Fat 100g
- Hot Spices ½ tsp
- Green Coriander 5g
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Mint 5g
- Coriander (crushed) 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Almonds (crushed) 50g
- Cooking Oil as needed
Cooking Directions
In a bowl, add beef mince, salt, red chili crushed, ginger, green chili, onion, kidney fat, hot spices, green coriander, mint, turmeric, cumin, almonds and mix it well.
Keep this mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Now rub a skewer with oil. Now make the shapes of kebabs around skewers.
Now, oven bake on 230°C for 15-20 minutes or BBQ.
