Recipe for Chinese Spare Ribs
Ingredients
- 1 ½ kilo pork chops
- 1 k.s Peanut
- ¼ Fl. Chinese barbecue sauce
- 2 k.s soy sauce
- 2 k.s sweet chilli sauce
- 2 k.g scrap ginger
- ¼ Fl. honey
- 1 / 3 Fl. brown sugar
- ¼ k.g mixture of five spices
- ¼ Fl. dry sherry
Cooking Directions
Boil the ribs in a pot with water for 10 minutes or until soft.
Strain and then wiped off with kitchen paper.
Heat oil in gouok and put the chops to become red.
Then the strain on kitchen paper.
Sweep the oil from the pot and put the remaining materials to a boil.
Add the meat and leave for 10 minutes until the sauce drink
