Recipe for Custard Apple Pudding
Ingredients
- Custard apple 2
- Gelatin 25 g
- Water ¼ cup
- Milk maid ½ cup
- Milk ¼ cup
- Butter 3 tsp
- Biscuit ½ cup (powdered)
- Cashew powder ½ cup
Cooking Directions
Mix gelatin with water in a pan and cook until glassy. Remove from flame.
Peel apple, deseed and make pulp.
Mix pulp, gelatin and all other ingredients.
Pour in a bowl and keep in fridge until set.
Serve chilled.
