Recipe for Bhindi kalonji
Ingredients
- Bhindi cut into thin length wise slices 250 gm
- Onion sliced 2 cups
- Salt 1 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Onion seeds ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- White cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Tomato 2 slices
- Oil ½ cup
Cooking Directions
Heat oil fry lady finger for 5 minute and remove.
Add sliced onion to the same oil,
Fry till light golden add ginger garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, salt, onion seeds and tomatoes, fry well.
Add fried bhindi to this cover and leave it on dum for 10 minutes.
