Recipe for South Indian Chutney
Ingredients
- Channa daal :- 120 gms
- Ghee :-4 tsp
- Green chili (Hari Mirch) :- 10 nos
- Fresh Coconut (Nariel) :- 1 nos
- Whole mustard :- 2 tsp
Cooking Directions
Take pan and fry the daal and chilies till they appear light brown
Take coconut, daal and chilies and grind them into a mixture.
Fry mustard in ghee and add salt to it
