Recipe for Radish Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • Salted butter - 10 teaspoons
  • Egg yolks - 2 nos
  • Salt (Namak) - 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili pepper (Lal Mirchi) - a pinch
  • Lemon (Nimbu) juice - 1 tbsp
  • Cream - 1 to 2 tbsp
  • Grated red radish - 2 to 3 tbsp

Cooking Directions

Beat the butter till it becomes creamy.

Now beat the egg yolks into the butter one by one.

Add salt, red chili pepper and lemon juice.

Cook the mixture placing it over hot water in a pan, wait until it thickens.Let it cool.

Mix the grated radish into the whipped cream.

The sauce is read to be served with fried dishes.
