Recipe for Fried Fish Fingers
Ingredients
- 5kg Fish (fillet)
- 40grm rock salt
- 15grm mustered powder
- 100ml lemon juice
- 70ml garlic ginger water
- 25grm white pepper powder
- 60ml Worcester sauce
- 30grm red chili powder
- 400grm mix Maida
- 12 Eggs
Cooking Directions
Cut fish in pieces (4”length and 1 cm die) each. Marinate fish fillet with salt, garlic & ginger water for at least one hour. After that, Wash it thoroughly to remove the salt.
Then Make a paste with mix flour, salt, mustered powder, lemon juice, garlic ginger water, white pepper powder, Worcester sauce, red chili powder and eggs.
Dip fish in above paste and coating with bread crumbs.
