Recipe for Fish Tikka
Ingredients
- 2 cups fish pieces
- 2 tsps Oregano
- 3 tbsps cream
- 6 tbsps oil
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds powder
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 4 tbsps mint chutney
- 2 tbsps lemon juice
- pinch white pepper powder
- 5 tbsps plain yogurt
- 1 onion rings
- to taste Salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
Cooking Directions
In a bowl add cream, garlic paste,oregano , chili powder, cumin seeds powder, garam masala, lemon juice, salt, mint chutney, flour and yogurt.Mix them well.
Add fish pieces and mainate them for about an hour.
Heat oil in a pan, fry fish pieces on both sides till golden
Serve with chopped onions.
