Recipe for Dahi Bhalle
Ingredients
- FOR BHALLAS:
- 1 cup gram Flour
- ¼ cup water
- Some salt
- Some red chilli powder
- Oil For deep Frying
- FOR MASALA
- 1 – 2 tsp chaat masala (to taste)
- 2 cups yogurt (Dahi)
- Some green chillies sliced
- 2 tbsp mint sauce
- ½ tsp tamarin sauce
- ½ cup boiled chickpeas
- 1 small onion sliced
- ½ tomato sliced
- ½ cup boiled diced potatoes
Cooking Directions
Mix yogurt and all the stuff written above For masala and mix well.
For bhallas, mix all the ingredients except oil and Form some small thick dumplings.
Lightly dust them with some gram Flour and seep Dry.
In a bowl of cool water soak them For about 5 minutes, take them out and squeeze a little bit and place them in yogurt mixture.
Mix gently and serve.
