Recipe for Andrassy
Ingredients
- 300g Rice Flour
- Half cup Sugar Powder
- 2 tbsp Dry Milk
- Half cup Semolina
- ½ tsp Cardamom Powder
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- Half cup Fresh Milk
- 2 Egg White
- 100g White Sesame
- As needed Cooking Oil
Cooking Directions
In a bowl, add rice flour, sugar powder, dry milk, semolina, cardamom powder, baking soda, fresh milk and mix them well, then keep aside for an hour at room temperature.
Now, make balls from the mixture.
Now, cover these balls with egg white and white sesame.
Now, in a pan, add cooking oil and bring to heat, then add balls and deep fry them until golden brown.
Your tasty Andersay now ready to serve.
