Recipe for Green Peas Cutlet
Ingredients
- 2 cup green peas (boiled)
- 1 big potato (boiled)
- '' cup dill leaves (finely chopped)
- 2-3 green chilies (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp fresh ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp corn flour
- '' cup bread crumbs
- Butter
Cooking Directions
Mash the boiled green peas well. Add the mashed mixture to the boiled potatoes, mix well.
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients (except corn flour, bread crumbs and butter) and shape it into small discs.
Mix a teaspoon of corn flour with water. Dip the cutlets in the corn flour mixture and rub over the bread crumbs.
Toast the cutlets in a pan with butter until brown. Spicy green peas cutlets is ready to serve.
