Recipe for Grilled Prawns Jheenga
Ingredients
- Medium Sized Prawns 1 kg(16-20 pieces)
- Ingredients for Marinade:
- Yogurt 200 gms
- Ginger Paste 1 tbsp
- Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Spinach and fresh coriander paste 1 tbsp
- Roasted Channa daal powder 2 tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tbsp
- Broiled Ajwain Seeds 2 tbsp
- Cumin Powder 2 tbsp
- Coriander Powder 2 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
Clean and de-vein prawns.Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and marinate the prawns for an hour in the mixture.
Refrigerate if needed. Skewer the prawns and chargill till done.
