Recipe for Fish Fillet Salad
Ingredients
- Fish Fillets - Hammour / Grouper Fish (skin off)
- 1 tsp Salt
- to taste Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder / Paste
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala
- 1/2 tsp Ajwaien Seeds
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsps water
Cooking Directions
Mix all and apply on the fillets and leave for 30 mins.
Fry either deep fry or with 2/3 tblsps OLIVE OIL.
