Recipe for Crispy Fish

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice flour
  • 2 tsps baking powder
  • to taste salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 12 ounce soda wate
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup Fish fillet (cut into 3 inch pieces)

Cooking Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.

Combine soda water and egg and pour into the flour mixture.

Whisk to a smooth batter. Spread rice flour on a plate.

Dredge the fish pieces in the rice flour and then dip them into the batter Heat oil in a frying pan for 5mins

Carefully put fish into hot oil cook until it turns crispy and brown

Remove the fish and drain fish on paper towel
Serve with garlic bread
