• 1 kilo fish pieces
• 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
• 1/2 cup onion paste
• 1/2 cup curd
• 2 tsps coriander paste
• 1 tbsp ginger paste
• 1 cinnamon
• 5 Cardamom
• 8 tbsps oil
• to taste Salt
• 1 tbsp kewra
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 5 green chilli
• 2 tsps sugar

In a pan heat oil and add all ingredients (except green chilles and kewra).Mix well and cover it for 3mins
Add fish and stir

Turn over the fish once while cooking.

When water dries, add green chilli and kewra

Cook till fish is tender Serve with naan
