• Fish flay 300 gm
• Curry leaves 2 – 3 (chopped)
• Olive oil 3 tbsp
• Basil leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
• Oregano 1 tbsp
• Rose marry 1 tbsp
• Thyme 1 tsp
• Garlic 2 cloves (chopped)
• Sundries tomato 4 pieces
• Lemon juice 1 – 2 tbsp
• Green olives ½ cup
• Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
• Salt as required
• Grilled tomato for garnish

Take olive oil, green olives, basil leaves, curry leaves, oregano, parsley, rosemary, thyme, garlic and sundries tomato and mix it well and marinate fish in it.

Now take another bowl add salt, lemon juice, black pepper mix together and add on to fish properly.

Rape fish into plastic bag and leave it for ½ hour for freeze.

Then take out from freeze and leave it few minutes outside.

Heat grill pan and put fish and cook both side till its ready.

Now add remaining marinating and cook it till it’s thick and ready.

Serve in hot sizzling serving platter and decant hot sauce on top.
