Recipe for Milky Fish
Ingredients
- 1/2 kilo cod fish fillets
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 tbsp dried parsley
- 2 tsps lemon pepper
- to taste salt
Cooking Directions
Wash fish filets and let it dry. Preheat the oven.
Grease baking tray. Place fish in the baking tray.
In a bowl, combine milk, onion, lemon pepper, parsley and salt. Put this batter over fish filets.
Drizzle lemon juice on it.
Bake in preheated oven until done Serve with any dip
