• 1/2 kilo boneless fish
• 1 cup cracker, crushed
• 4 tbsps oil
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp red chillie powder
• 1 tsp roasted cumin
• 1 tbsp mustard paste
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp all spice powder
• 2 tbsps mayonnaise
• 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
• 2 eggs
• Oil for frying

Soak ½ kg fish cubes with 1tsp red chili powder, 1tbsp mustard paste, 1tsp black pepper, 2tsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp cinnamon, 1tsp roasted cumin, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp all spices and leave to marinate for half an hour.

Beat 2 eggs then dip fish pieces in egg and coated them in crackers. In the last deep fry in 4 tbsp oil and serve them hot.
