• 1 cup Blue cheese; crumbled
• 1/2 cup Cream cheese
• 1 cup Sour cream
• 2 tsps Lemon juice
• 2 tsps Lemon zest
• 2 Garlic
• to taste Salt

Reserve 1 tbsp of blue cheese. Mix blue cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, lemon zest and juice, salt, pepper, and garlic in a bowl

Sprinkle remaining blue cheese on top. Garnish with lemon zest.

Allow to sit in the refrigerator for at least one hour for the flavors to marry.
