• 1 cup dates
• 1 cup tamarind paste
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp ground red chilli
• ¼ tsp tara garam masala

Deseed all the dates and then chop them.

In a pan, add chopped dates, tamarind paste, salt, red chili powder and tara garam masala in it.

Cook for 2-3 minutes until they reach to boiling point.

Then grind them a bit that leaves date’s chunks in it.

Pour into a bowl and serve.
