Recipe for FISH KARHAI
Ingredients
- Fish 1/2kg without needles
- Onion 2 big size
- Ginger ½ table spoon
- Garlic ½ table spoon
- Tomato 2 medium
- Salt according to your taste
- Black pepper ½ tea spoon
- Red chilies ½ tea spoon
- Green chili 1
- Zera ½ tea spoonsss
- Yogurt 2 table spoon
- Oil half cup
Cooking Directions
Take fish and wash it with vinegar and salt. And cut into small pieces. Take chocked onion and put it in to the oil.
Fry it for 3 minutes and added ginger garlic paste in the onion.
After 2 minutes tomatoes and all other masla add in it.
When masala becomes ready fish added and cooked it for 5 minutes on deep heat.
hen add yogurt and covered it for 10 minutes on slow heat. Now your fish is ready.
Garnished it with mint and green leaves and served it with mint chatni.
