Recipe for Fish Balls
Ingredients
- 2 SLICES OF WHITE BREAD
- 1/3 CUP HEAVY CREME
- 1 TSP WOCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 1 EGGSALT UPTO TASTE
- 1 TSP RED CHILLIES POWDER
- 1 TBSP MAYONNAISE
- FRESH CORRAINDER LEAVES CHOPPED
- 1 KGS CRAB OR FISH MEAT
Cooking Directions
FIRST MIX ALL SEASONINGS TOGETHER THEN ADD THEM INTO FISH OR CRAB MEAT, MAKE MEDIUM SIZE BALLS AND DEEP FRY THEM.
