Recipe for Sindhi Aloo Tikki
Ingredients
- Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
- Bread slices 4
- Green chilies sliced 4
- Coriander chopped 1/2 bunch
- Mint chopped 1/2 bunch
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Garlic sliced 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds 2 tsp
- Egg lightly beaten 1-2
- Oil for frying
Cooking Directions
Mash the boiled potatoes.
Now mix them with coriander, mint, green chilies, cumin seeds, red chili powder, salt and garlic.
Soak 4 slices of bread in water and then gently squeeze out the water.
Mix it with potatoes and form kebabs.
Lightly dip them in beaten egg and fry.
Sindhi Aloo Tikki is ready to serve.
