Recipe for Double Roti Kay Samosay
Ingredients
- Sandwich bread 10-15
- Chicken mince ½ kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Eggs 2
- Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Green coriander 2 tbsp
- Oil to fry
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
Take some oil in the pan and add in ½ kg mince, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tb sp red chili flakes, ½ tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tsp all spice powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder and salt.
Saute everything together and add in green coriander and 2 tbsp chopped green chilies.
Mix everything and leave the batter to cool at room temperature.
Roll and flatten 10-15 bread slices.
Put the prepared mince mixture on it and close the edges with 2 eggs.
Heat some oil in the pan and deep fry the prepared bread samosas.
Serve it hot with chutney or ketchup.
