Recipe for Flying Saucer Samosas
Ingredients
- For Dough:
- Flour 2 cups
- Ghee 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- For Filling:
- Chicken 500g (boiled & shredded)
- Onion 1 (chopped)
- Green chilies 4-6 (chopped)
- Salt and black pepper for seasoning
- Oil for deep frying
Cooking Directions
For dough:
Mix dough ingredients and knead with water. Keep it aside.
For Filling:
Combine filling ingredients.
Roll out dough and cut in small rounds with cookies cutter.
Place filling in center of one saucer and cover with the other saucer. Seal the edges.
Heat oil and deep fry all Flying Saucer Samosas.
