Recipe for Mongolian Chicken
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken boneless (cube cutting)
- 1-1/2 Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp White Pepper Powder
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 2-1/2 Ginger Paste
- 2 Green Chili
- Salt as per taste
- 15 g White Sesame
- 15 g Green Onion
- 2 tbsp Maida
- 3 tbsp Corn Flour
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- Cooking Oil as needed
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- ½ cup Chicken Stock
- 2 Green Capsicum
Cooking Directions
In a bowl, add chicken, salt, soy sauce, lemon juice, white pepper, garlic paste, egg, maida, corn flour, sesame oil mix it well and marinate for 2 hours.
In a cooking pan, add cooking oil and fry it until light brown.
In a cooking pan, add sesame oil, garlic paste, ginger paste, green chili, chicken, salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Use white sesame, green onion, green capsicum for garnishing.
Your Mongolian Chicken now ready to serve.
