• 12 Chicken Wings
• to taste Salt
• 1 Onion (chopped)
• 1 tbsp Red chili flakes
• 6 tbsps tomato ketchup
• 4 tbsps chilli garlic sauce
• 6 Garlic cloves
• 2 cups Oil
• 1 cup water

Heat oil in a wok and fry wings. keep them aside

In a blender add garlic cloves, onion, red chili flakes and water. Blend them together

In a pan heat 4tbsp oil and add blended mixture

Cook for 8mins and add tomato sauce and chili garlic sauce
Cook for 5 more minutes

Add fried wings and stir well Serve hot
