Recipe for Pennie Pesselli
Ingredients
- Chicken mince 300 gm
- Ribbon Macaroni 1 packet (boiled)
- Onion 1 (chopped)
- Green peas 1 cup (boiled)
- Cream 1 cup
- Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
- Mozzarella cheese 2 – 3 tbsp
- Oil 2 – 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
Boil macaroni with 2 tbsp oil for 10 minutes.
Drain in a colander and rinse cold water.
Heat up oil in a pan and fry onion till it turns golden brown.
Then add chicken mince, salt and black pepper and cook it.
Now add green peas and cream and mix it for 2 – 3 minutes.
Mix macaroni and dish it out and garnish it with shredded mozzarella cheese and bake for 5 minutes.
